this is a story about getting lost.

'am i cruel, am i cruel, am i cruel?
YOU took my mask without asking!
BUT ROSA, you promised!
NO SHE DIDN'T!'
---sonata for 2 violins.
this song was in my head today. from a cd musical story about atonio vivaldi i used to listen to when i was a CHIIIILD. i destroyed my house in search of the cd and FOUND IT!!! yay. it is now on my ipod. overly dramatic and cheesey --PERFECT FOR HOUR LONG BUS RIDES TO SCHOOL. i hate the bus. anyway...its Vivaldi's Ring of Mystery if anyone cares....its not as lame as it sounds.

tomorrow: will venture to 94 commissioners road; the ever mysterious living space of a sketchy middle aged man who is selling 2 record players for 25bucks. wendy and i are splitting on the cost, the players, and the risk of life. there's no time to buy pepper spray, so i'm depending on my innate taekwondo skills to save us if anything goes awry. (the picture is my informative map for wendy to find her way).

oh yeah. and some random man asked me when christmas was today. he looked, seemed, and sounded like the average caucasian male (english speaking, well mannered, et al.). i thought he asking what DAY it was on...so it was awkward...

*RM = random man
*YT = yours truly
RM: do you know when christmas is?
YT: um...like...the day? (i sound obnoxious)
........i can check the calendar for you...
i check calendar
........its on a tuesday...
RM: but whats the date? (or something to that effect...)
YT: its the 25th...
it was either a really sick joke, or he seriously had no idea when christmas was. or he now thinks i have a major malfunction and have to check a calendar to know when christmas is. maybe it was a test. WAS IT A TEST?
everything's a test.
